This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 3 and 4 to register the petitioner's land bearing S.No.363/1B measuring 4.2.50 ares situated at Ulaiyur Group, Mudukulathur Taluk, Ramanathapuram District under Crop Insurance Scheme and to issue certificate to that effect.

2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

4. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's request after issuing notice to the petitioner and the counter parties if any and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
