Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st to 3rd respondents to cancel the legal heir certificate of the petitioner's daughter bearing Certificate No.TN-720230321319 issued by the 3rd respondent and issue new legal heir certificate of the petitioner's daughter by including the petitioner's name on the basis of the representation dated 08.11.2023.
