ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner seeks cancellation of the petition mentioned registered documents. Under Section 77A of the Registration Act, 1908 such relief would be granted. The said provision has been struck down by this Court. Therefore, the petitioner has to necessarily move the jurisdictional Court for relief.

3.Granting the said liberty to the writ petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
