PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS directing the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members. For Petitioner : Mr.R.T.Arivukumar For Respondents : Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi No.1 & 2 Government Advocate (Crl. side)

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner enquiry was conducted in CSR No.586 of 2024 and the same was closed. He fairly submitted that based on the complaint of the fifth respondent, enquiry was conducted in CSR No.587 of 2024 and the same was also closed. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has also filed S.A(MD)No.699 of 2021 before this Court and the same is still pending.

4.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. .
