ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble P.VELMURUGAN J.) This petition has been filed to grant leave to file an appeal before this Court against the acquittal judgment passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court), Kumbkonam in S.C.No.47 of 2021, dated 26.11.2024.

2. The main contention of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the appellant/State would submit that all the accused including the respondents with a common intention formed unlawful assembly and caused the death to the deceased. In the very same set of facts, other accused were convicted and the trial Court acquitted the respondents without any valid reasons.

3. Since there are arguable points, leave is granted.
