O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to conduct proper enquiry and to investigate the same in proper manner and file the final report in accordance with law, on the basis of petitioner's representation, dated 10.10.2023 within a stipulated time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in C.No.722 of 2023. During the course of enquiry, both sides appeared and the counter party also gave a statement. Finding that it is a civil issue over sale transaction, the above said enquiry was closed on 25.10.2023, advising the parties to workout their remedy through appropriate civil process.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this matter. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
