This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 18.07.2023 passed in W.P(MD)No.17152 of 2023. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with. The learned Additional Government Pleader has furnished the Government Order in G.O(Ms)No.731, Home (Prison-IV) Department, dated 28.12.2023, indicating the compliance of the order of this Court.

4.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in the Contempt Petition and hence, this petition is closed.
