ORDER
The Criminal Original petitions are filed to call for the records pertaining to the case in PRC Nos.22 and 21 of 2013 respectively, on the file of the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Andipatti, Theni District and quash the same 2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the frist respondent and the counsel for the second respondents.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for parties represented that since the matter is in PRC stage, the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Andipatti, Theni District may be directed to complete the proceedings within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court. It is further submitted that this is a case of case and counter case.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Andipatti, Theni District is directed to complete the proceedings within a period of one month from the date of reciept of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the jurisdictional Court is diercted to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible. 4.The Criminal Original Petitions are ordered accordingly. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
