The present Writ Petition is filed for a direction, directing the respondent to consider the Petitioner's representation, dated 13.11.2024 seeking action against the third respondent under Section 81 and 83 of the Registration Act, 1908.

2.Mr.S.P.Maharajan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.A perusal of the representation would reveal that the Petitioner's wife had purchased property comprised in S.No.207/4D in A.Melaiyur Village, Singampunari Taluk, Sivagangai District. Thereafter, she executed a sale deed in favour of third party.The claim of the Petitioner is that he Petitioner's wife had no income and only from the income derived from the Petitioner, the property was purchased in the name of the Petitioner's wife. Due to 2/5

misunderstanding she got separated and sold the subject matter property in favour of third party. Therefore the third respondent, who is being the registering authority has nothing to do with the affairs of the Petitioner and his wife.

4.In view of the above, the representation submitted by the Petitioner cannot be considered and as such, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to approach the Competent Civil Court for appropriate relief against his wife, in the manner known to law, if so adivsed. 20.12.2024 NCC:yes/no Index:yes/no Internet:yes/no vsn To:
