PRAYER: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Court Act, to take cognizance of this complaint and issue process to the contemnors/ respondents Nos.2, 4 and 6 and as such try them under section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act 1971 in view of their deliberate disobedience of the order passed by this Honourable Court in WP(MD)No.15205/2023 dated 20.07.2023.

The proposal which was forwarded by the respondent school, even before the order was passed in the writ petition on 20.07.2023, was returned by the respondent authority for want of fulfilling certain discrepancies. The proposal was originally submitted on 12.07.2023. Subsequently, on 12.02.2024, the department sought additional particulars which were provided by the school on 16.02.2024. However, the proposal was again returned on 29.04.2024, and thereafter, the School did not forwarded the 2/4

same again. In view of the same, the case of contempt will not arise.
