The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus to initiate action as against the seventh respondent herein based upon the enquiry report dated 10.02.2022.

2.It could be seen from the proceedings of the third respondent that already proceedings have been initiated as against the seventh respondent under Rule 17B of Tamil Nadu Civil Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules. Enquiry has been completed and the enquiry report has been submitted to the first respondent. The first respondent, who is the 2/5

disciplinary authority, has to pass final orders on the enquiry report. 3.In view of the aforesaid facts, the first respondent is directed to pass final orders based on the enquiry report within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
