ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.

Learned Government Advocate (crl.) submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent herein, enquiry is underway with regard to the running of the business was left by the husband of the fourth respondent herein. The petitioner was running the business left by the husband of the fourth respondent for some time and was regularly paying the due amount to the finance company and later absconded. He further submitted that summon was issued to the petitioner for enquiry, but he failed to appear and co-operate with the process of enquiry.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner except introduced the husband of the fourth respondent, he is no way involved in the case.

4. Without appearing before the respondent for enquiry, the petitioner has come up with the petition seeking a direction before this Court. It is not proper on the part of the petitioner to seek such a direction. The facts on the side of the petitioner be looked into at the time of enquiry. The enquiry must be completed within a period of fifteen(15) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent and co-operate with the enquiry process.

5. With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
