ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Keeranur to dispose of the case in C.C.No.91 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.12 of 2021; that FIR was filed in the year 2021 and the final report was filed in the year 2023; and that in view of the pendency of the case, the petitioner is unable to pursue his avocation peacefully.

3. Since there are several cases pending trial before the learned Magistrate, there cannot be any direction to the learned Magistrate to conclude the trial within a time frame. However, in view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Magistrate may consider expeditious disposal of the trial in C.C.No.91 of 2023.

4. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
