ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent to file a final report within a stipulated time frame as fixed by this Court, in Cr.No.752/2021 dated 24.11.2021 pending on the file of the second respondent.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.) submitted that charge sheet was filed before the concerned Court on 25.11.2023, as mistake of fact and RCS notice is also served upon the petitioner.

3. In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate, 2/4

let the other copy of the RCS notice, be served upon the petitioner, so that he can work out remedy through appropriate proceedings before the concerned Court.

4. With the above said liberty, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
