ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the official respondents. 2.The petition mentioned lands are located in Pakudi village. The petitioner as the adjacent land owner is interested in buying them. But 2/4

this Court cannot direct the second respondent to sell the same in favour of the petitioner. The petitioner's apprehension is that since patta continues to remain in the name of the vendor and has not been mutated in favour of Kalaimagal Saba, the lands may be alienated by some land grabbers by impersonating the original vendor. 3.Since the petitioner's specific claim is that the lands are belonging to Kalaimagal Saba, if any document is received by the sixth respondent covering the petition survey numbers, the sixth respondent will satisfy himself before registering the documents. 4.With this caution administered to the sixth respondent, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
