ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the 2nd respondent to execute the sale deed on the basis of the sale agreement dated 04.03.2016 entered into between him and the 1st respondent based on his representation dated 19.09.2024.

2.Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.09.2024 and after giving opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
