ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on either side submitted that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties before the Mediation, and the parties have entered into a settlement agreement before the Mediation, and the present Criminal Revision Case may be disposed of accordingly by recording the same.

2. A Mediation Report, along with settlement agreement, has been received by this Court. As per the settlement agreement, both the parties have settled their dispute on the following terms : "6. The following settlement has been arrived at between the parties hereto:

a. The Petitioner has agreed to provide all the amenities to the respondent/father and promised to take care of him. The respondent agreed to live with the petitioner and informs that the petitioner is taking care of him well by providing all the facilities.

7. By signing this agreement the parties hereto state that they have no further claims or demands against each other with respect to Crl.R.C.(MD)No.1310 of 2023 and all disputes and differences in this regard have been 2/4

amicably settled by the parties hereto through the process of Mediation."

3. In view thereof, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of by recording the settlement agreement. The settlement agreement shall form a part of this order. No costs. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
