ORDER

This petition is filed praying to call for the original records pertaining to the impugned notice in M.C.No.10 of 2011, on the file of the Respondent No.1, dated 09.03.2011 and quash the same as illegal.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the prayer sought for has become infructuous.

4. In view of the above submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
