ORDER
Considering the limited relief sought for in the writ petition, with the consent of the parties, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2. The petitioner seeks issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to conduct a survey on the petitioner's land and to demarcate the boundaries.
3. Mr.C.Satheesh, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has not made an online application which is now mandatory. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner would place for the consideration of this court the receipt challan dated 30.11.2024 in respect of the application for survey. However, the said document has not been enclosed along with the typed set of papers.

4. Be that as it may, since the petitioner has admittedly made an online application and has also given a representation on 26.10.2024 and followed it up with an online application on 30.11.2024, the respondents shall consider the same on merits and in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of by directing the respondents to conduct survey in the subject property comprised in survey no.92/17 at Ariyapatti Village, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District and pass final orders by filing a report as may be required under the statutory rules. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. 05.02.2025 NCC :yes/No Index :yes/No Internet:yes/No rgm P.B. BALAJI , J.
