The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.27 of 2024 from the file of the Subordinate Court, Thirumayam, Pudukkottai District and to transfer the same to the file of the Subordinate Court, Manapparai, Trichy District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (12.03.2025), the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
