ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the respondent no.3 for not to harass the petitioner, by the way of compelling him to execute a bail bond worth of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties for a period of one year under Section 110(e) of the Criminal Procedure Code. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that so far proceedings under Section 110 Cr.P.C has not been initiated against the petitioner. Due to bad antecedents of the petitioner, H.S.No.4 of 2022 has been opened for the purpose of monitoring his activity and there is no harassment on the side of the respondents.

3.In view of the above submission, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the H.S.No.4 of 2022, in the manner known to law. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. 27.11.2023 NCC:Yes/No Internet:Yes/No Index:Yes/No PNM 2/4
