ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner without any complaint made by the 4th respondent and to further direct the 3rd respondent to conduct the preliminary enquiry in accordance with the procedure established under law. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Goverment Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that as against the petitioner and others a complaint has been given by the fourth respondent. Based on that complaint, the third respondent has registered C.No.G6/SPGDP/PET/KRR/2023. During the course of enquiry, both sides appeared and the fourth respondent has stated that out of Rs.6,50,000/- she has received a sum of Rs.5,50,000/- from the petitioner and others. On 09.09.2023, the petitioner and others undertook to pay the remaining amount tothe fourth respondent within a period of two months. Accordingly, the said complaint was closed.

3.In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
