3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the petitioner's husband appears to have eloped with one nurse.

4. These are matters in which the writ court cannot interfere. It is for the petitioner to pursue her rights elsewhere. The Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
