ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that survey was conducted yesterday. Copy of the survey sketch has been served on the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The first respondent is directed to serve the copy of the survey report on the petitioner through the local official. This shall be done immediately and without any delay.
