ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed by a Senior Superintendent, who retired from the respondent Corporation on 31.05.2017, seeking a direction to the respondents to settle the difference in terminal benefits, namely gratuity, encashment of leave salary and pension in view of introduction of 7th pay commission and implementation of the same for the respondent Transport Corporation.
2. To the said effect, the petitioner has sent a representation on 25.09.2023. Since there was no response, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. In view of the above said facts, this Court directs the respondents 2 and 3 herein to confer the eligible benefits upon the writ petitioner and pass orders within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. 29.11.2023 NCC :
