Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3. 2.The petitioner has given objection before the registering authority that the document presented by the fourth respondent should not be registered. The third respondent has already issued notice. The enquiry is proposed to be held on 29.11.2023. It is for the registering authority to pass an appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law.
