petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.12164 of 2024 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.18861 of 2024 on 14.11.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the condition has been complied with for 17 days.

3. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.12164 of 2024 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.18861 of 2024 on 14.11.2024 is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police every Monday and Friday at 05.30 p.m until further orders.
