ANDIRAJ.P, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the 1/3

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the condition has been complied with for 14 weeks.

3. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.10839 of 2024 on 19.07.2024 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.
