O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus against the impugned order dated Nil.(Served on 23.11.2023) passed by the third respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequentially direct the second and third respondents to grant permission to perform the cultural programme ie., Aadal Padal programme on 24.11.2023 in the eve of Sri Manthaiyamman Temple Kumbavisegam at Narasingapuram Village, Sedapatti, Peraiyur Taluk, Madurai District within a stipulated time.

2. As per the direction of this court, the deputy superintendent of police has appeared before this court and undertakes to instruct suitably to all the officers to follow the instruction issued by the director general of police relating to the grant of permission to the aadal paadal and other cultural programme.

3. With the above observation, this writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
