ORDER

The above petition has been filed seeking orders to relax the condition No.14(ii) 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

CrlMP(MD)No.14174 of 2025 in CrlA(MD)No.708 of 2025 imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.8193 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.708 of 2025 dated 03.07.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI cases appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 14.07.2025 till today, without fail.

4. In pursuance of the direction of this Court, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchirappalli, submitted a report dated 16.10.2025 stating that the petitioner has been appearing on every Monday from 14.07.2025 till 13.10.2025.

5. Considering the above, the condition No.14(ii) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.8193 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.708 of 2025, dated 03.07.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the CBI Court, Madurai, at 10.30 a.m. on the first working day of every month until further orders. All other conditions in the said order shall remain unaltered.

6. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
