PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Sec.528 of BNSS PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed in CRL.M.P.No.12173 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.12532 of 2025 dated 11.09.2025. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.M.P.No.12173 of 2025 in CRL.OP.(MD)No.12532 of 2025 dated 11.09.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.
4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the conditions, this Court is inclined to modify the 2/4
condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.M.P.No.12173 of 2025 in CRL.OP.(MD)No.12532 on 11.09.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.M.P.No.12173 of 2025 in CRL.OP.(MD)No.12532 of 2025 on 11.09.2025 is modified as ''the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on every 1st day of English Calender Month at about 10.30a.m., until further orders.''
