ORDER

This petition has been filed praying to direct the second respondent to file the final report in Crime No.54 of 2024 on the file of the second respondent police station within a time frame fixed by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that in this case investigation has been completed and the charge sheet made ready on 01.10.2024 and the same will be filed within a period of one week.

4.Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to file the final report in Crime No.54 of 2024 within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
