Complainant PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 483 (1)(b) of BNSS Act, to modify the condition imposed in the Crl.M.P.No.3018 of 2024 dated 20.11.2024 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Theni insofar as regards the clause (i) condition that "the petitioners shall staty at Cumbum and appear and report before the Cumbum North Police Station daily at 10.00 a.m. and 05.00 p.m. for 30 days" in connection with Crime No.444 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police by allowing this criminal original petition.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by the Court below in paragraph no.4(i) is modified and there shall be a direction to the petitioners to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

3. The time granted to the petitioners to surrender before the Jurisdiction Magistrate, Periyakulam is extended by one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
