O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to file the final report in Crime No.76 of 2024 pending on the file of the second respondent police within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. According to the petitioner, he is the defacto complainant in this case and he lodged a complaint for job rocketeering and thereby, a case in Crime No.76 of 2024 has been registered for the offences under Section 406, 420, 506(1) of IPC. After registration of F.I.R, the second respondent police have not conducted a proper investigation and so far not filed any final report. Hence, he has filed this petition.

3. The Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that this is a case of job rocketeering and the investigation in this case is still pending. They will complete the investigation and file the final report within two months.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition and also recording the above said submission of the respondent police, this Court Page No. 2 of 4

directs the second respondent to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of two months from the date of this Order.

5. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
