O R D E R
This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 13.01.2023 and pass appropriate orders registering the same as a case as against the 3rd respondent for the commission of offences such as cheating, fabrication, forgery and others forthwith.
2. Now the grievance of the petitioner is that even though the complaint was given by the petitioner on 13.01.2023, stating that his vehicle was theft by suspected persons, so far, no proper action has been taken by the respondents Police.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that it is a counter issue over landed property between the petitioner and some other persons. Complaint and counter complaint were also given by both sides. Even though the above said vehicle was stolen by the suspected persons, it could not be found out, because of non availability of proper records. He would further submit that the above said enquiry is pending. 2/4
4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, let the above said enquiry be completed within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5. With the above said direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
