JUDGMENT

This Criminal Appeal is filed seeking orders to enlarge the appellant on bail in Spl.S.C.No.25 of 2023 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for SC/ST (PoA) Act, Thoothukudi in Crime No.48 of 2023 on the file of the second respondent police and set aside the order, dated 13.08.2025 made in Crl.A(MD)No.865 of 2025.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this appeal and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted.

3.In view of the above, this Criminal Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
