filed under the provisions of Section 482 of Cr.P.C., in which the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents 1 & 3 to take appropriate action to impound the passport of the fourth respondent till the disposal of the above said case.

Today, when the case is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents 2&3 represented that on 17.03.2015 itself, the case pertaining to this petition was disposed of by the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Pattukkottai, Thanjavur District.
