Heard Mr.R.Shankar Ganesh, learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.A.S.Abul Kalam Azad, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent.

2. This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 120 days in filing the instant criminal revision case as against the order passed by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Vilathikulam in Crl.M.P.No.33 of 2025 dated 19.02.2025 and to set aside the condition No.I and VI of the order dated 19.02.2025.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is hereby condoned on the condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- [Rupees One Thousand only] to "Anbagam," an institution for mentally handicapped children, Race Course Road, Madurai - 625 002, having Account No. 1012101008800 in the name of "ANBAGAM," Canara Bank, Thallakulam Branch, IFSC Code: CNRB0001012, within ten days from today.

4. On receipt of such payment, Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Petition, if it is otherwise in order and put up the Criminal Revision Petition "For Admission" on 03.12.2025 before the appropriate bench.
