This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent not to insist to pay any amount as interest/ principal in favour of 3rd respondent and consequently to direct the 1st respondent to take appropriate action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 07.05.2013.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 1 and 2. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint enquiry was conducted and the same has been closed.
