Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to direct the R4 to admit the petitioner/Detenue namely Mukesh @ Ramasubramanian, S/o. Meenatchisundaram, aged about 38 years, in Government Hospital, Trichy or any other proficient Government Hospital, Chennai for proper and better treatment. Prayer in Habeas Corpus Petition(MD) No.1497/ 2024 : To issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus or any other appropriate Writ or order or direction in the nature of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the entire records in detention order passed in Cr.M.P.No.40/2024 dt. 11.11.2024 on the file of the R2 herein and set aside the same as illegal and direct the respondents to produce the petitioner/Detenue namely Mukesh @ Ramasubramanian, S/o.Meenatchisundaram, aged about 38 years, who is detained in Central Prison, Tiruchirappalli before this Hon'ble court and set him at liberty.
Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.A.S.PRABHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.T.SENTHIL KUMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:- (Order of the court was delivered by G.R.Swaminathan, J.) On 06.12.2024, we passed the following order:- "The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the detenue had suffered fracture in his right leg and the wound is yet to be healed. Considering the said submission, we direct the 4th respondent to cause examination of the detenue.
The medical report shall be submitted to us on 09.12.2024. Call on 09.12.2024."

Central Prison, Trichy has issued certificate dated 08.12.2024 which reads as follows:- "This is to state the medical condition of TPDA Prisoner No.8577 (PID 636747) Mukesh @ Ramasubramaniyan (Age-38/Male), S/o.Meenatchi Sundaram. He is a case of Fracture both bone right lower limb. He is currently in conservative management with A.K.cast as suggested by Department of Orthopaedics Government Medical College Trichy. His current Medical condition is stable and continues to walk with walker support."
3.We are satisfied that the detenu deserve to be given proper treatment in Government Hospital. The fourth respondent is directed to admit the detenue in Government Hospital. He shall be discharged from the Government Hospital only after he is fully cured.
