ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner got married to one Kartheepan on 11.02.2022. A girl child was also born on 27.10.2022. The marriage was against the wishes of her parents. The petitioner seeks deletion of her name in the family ration card of her family of birth. This is necessary so that she can avail other facilities in her new place.

3.The second respondent is directed to delete the petitioner's name from the petition mentioned family card by considering her representation dated 13.09.2023. This shall be done immediately and without any delay.
