ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent. 2.The writ petitioner is the brother of the second respondent. The second respondent had executed a power of attorney in favour of the writ petitioner. On that basis, the petitioner wants to deal with the property. He presented the document for registration. The first respondent declined to register the document. Challenging the refusal check slip, this writ petition has been filed.

3.It is seen that the second respondent had already cancelled the writ petitioner's power of attorney. When the writ petitioner's power of attorney is not in force, the petitioner cannot obviously deal with the property. The first respondent rightly refused the registration. Interference is not warranted.

4.This Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
