3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has filed a counter affidavit and raised serious objection in allowing this petition. 4.The petitioner is in prison. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 500 days is condoned and this petition is ordered.
