ORDER

2. Mr.M.Jothi Basu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner makes an endorsement to the effect that this writ petition is not pursued, recording which, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal and stay application within a week from today.

If the appeal and stay application are moved within the time frame as aforesaid, the same shall be entertained by the authorities without reference to limitation, but ensuring compliance of other statutory provisions. Stay application shall be disposed within a period of two weeks from the date of institution thereof in accordance with law. For a period of three weeks from today or the date of disposal of stay application, whichever is earlier, the petitioner shall not be disturbed. No costs.
