ORDER
The petitioner seeks a direction to the fourth respondent to sanction and process the petitioner's Agricultural Gold Jewel Loan by accepting her application and jewels along with the relevant documents, and to issue the Agricultural Gold Loan in his name in respect of the leasehold properties comprised in Survey Nos.347/2A, 347/2B, 348/1, 348/2, 349/1 admeasuring 3 Acres and 6 Cents, situated at Alwarthirunagari Village, Eral Taluk, Thoothukudi District, by considering his representation dated 25.08.2025 within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. Mr.A.Kannan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3.According to the petitioner, she made an application before the fourth respondent seeking an agricultural loan and, consequently, submitted a representation to the respondents. Since the said application and the representation have not been considered, the petitioner has approached this Court.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.
5. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application dated 25.08.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the petitioner.
