ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for R1, R2 & R4.

2. The petitioner is permitted to submit a fresh petition before the 4th respondent. The 4th respondent shall enquire into the same and dispose it of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks after such submitted by the petitioner. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The District Revenue Officer, Madurai shall put all the interested parties on notice before passing the final order.
