ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing respondents to recover and return the petitioner's vehicle Mahindra Scorpio bearing Registration No.TN 20 BL 6055 and to conduct enquiry in the compliant of the petitioner, dated 09.09.2025 pending on the file of the 3rd respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner, fairly submits that the parties have entered into a compromise.

3. In view of the above submission, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous. Hence, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
