ORDER

This Petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.530 of 2021, pending investigation on the file of the first respondent Police.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing on behalf of the first respondent Police, on instructions, submitted that after enquiry, the further action has been dropped and closure report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai, through e-filing No. 202400329/2024, on 04.10.2024.

3. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
