RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to grant an order of extension of two weeks time to comply with the orders made in Crl M.P (MD) No. 13886 of 2023 in Crl O.P (MD) No. 17463 of 2023 dt. 05.10.2023 for the compliance of the orders in the circumstances of the case.

Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.F.DEEPAK, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit to comply with the condition prescribed in the order in Crl.M.P(MD) No.13886 of 2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.17463 of 2023, dated 05.10.2023.
