ORDER

The Criminal Revision is directed against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.5594 of 2023 dated 27.06.2023 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai, dismissing the petition filed under Sections 451 and 457 Cr.P.C.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the District Revenue Officer, Sivagangai, has already passed an order dated 07.02.2024 confiscating the vehicle involved in this case and he has also produced the copies of the proceedings.

3. Since the vehicle itself was confiscated, nothing survives for further adjudication in this revision. Hence, this Criminal Revision Case stands dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the confiscation 2/4

proceedings, if so advised. No costs.
